Where We Ship

Sunainee ships to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. All orders are fulfilled and shipped from India.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

• United States: 7–14 business days
• Canada: 10–16 business days
• United Kingdom: 7–12 business days

These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier delays. During peak festive seasons (Diwali, Navratri, Eid, Christmas), please allow additional time.

Shipping Rates

• Orders under $99: $9.99 flat rate
• Orders $99 and above: Free shipping

Customs & Import Duties

Because Sunainee ships from India, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country's customs authority upon arrival. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. If a package is refused or unclaimed due to customs charges, the order is not eligible for a refund.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
