Where do you ship from?

All Sunainee orders are shipped from India. We specialize in authentic Indian ethnic wear for customers in the US, Canada, and UK.

How long does delivery take?

• United States: 7–14 business days
• Canada: 10–16 business days
• United Kingdom: 7–12 business days

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.

What are the shipping charges?

We charge a flat $9.99 for orders under $99. Orders of $99 and above qualify for free shipping.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

Possibly. Since we ship from India, your country's customs authority may charge import duties or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices. We recommend checking your country's import duty thresholds before ordering.

Sizing

How do I find my size?

Visit our Size Guide for detailed measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. You can also email us at support@sunainee.in and we'll help you choose the right fit.

Are the sizes Indian or international sizes?

Our size labels (S, M, L, XL, XXL) follow Indian sizing. Please refer to our Size Guide for exact measurements in inches and centimeters before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. Sale items are non-returnable. See our full Return & Exchange Policy.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

What fabrics do you use?

Our ethnic wear features a range of traditional Indian fabrics including silk blend, organza, Assam cotton, Khadi cotton, Jio cotton, and Rayon — sourced from established Indian textile regions.

Are the embroideries handmade?

Yes. Many of our pieces feature handcrafted embroidery techniques including chikankari, zari, gamthi thread work, and sequin embroidery — carried out by skilled artisans across India.

What's included in a Kurta Set?
